Can't start playing, name exist or invalid characters used.

I've been trying different names for a long time now and it keeps saying the same that name exists or contains illigal charaters!! help oh by the way after i installed client in my start menu i didnt get any patchers mentioned in install guide.
# Go to your Start Menu and run "Sakray updater" and let it patch fully.
# After it finished, run "With patcher" and let it patch fully.
 thares only play and theres nor such thing as sakray updater.

ya that happens try making your chara again but on a different slot.

at the moment only 5 chara slots work so it gives u that when u pick a slot that doesn't work

theres only 3 slots and i've tryid all of them, game is patched like it should be, i dont get what else i should do.

if you have only 3 slots something is wrong. You cant scroll left or right at all?
