Only works in Player vs. Player. Ie: Pvp, WoE, and soon coming up, DA.

TU only works on Undead property, so no.

Ghosts are not the same as Undead (apparently)
So Turn Undead does not affect Ghost Property.

If your opponent in PVP is wearing undead you can possibly kill him using Tu,Ress,Magnus,Heal,holy Light,Asperio and Sanctuary.
