Clearify (RO calculator error?)

I'm planning on mobbing seals with swordfish armor. Seals does 845 -1203 and with swordfish, it should be doing 211-300, yet ro calculator says 652 - 955...
Comparing the damage outcome, elemental chart states that it's 25% damage on water1 vs water1 (211-300), but then ro calc gives *77% - 79% damage on water1 vs water1.
So....

1) Does swordfish armor renders the mob's attack to be 25% or *75% of the total damage?
2) Does seal's water attribute attack level 5 plays any role in the damage outcome?
3) If water attribute attack level 5 plays a role, wouldn't that mean players should be receiving no damage (or getting healed theoretically)?
4) I'm confused.... >.< Am I getting this all wrong? D:

*I'm guessing it's 25% off the 100% attack (75% result), but 77% -79% states that it's giving less than 25% damage reduction off 100% attack.

Seals normal hits are neutral. Swordfish card only protects you from the seal's water attack.=D

Nope. Their normal attack is neutral. If they use some elemental skills then it is different story.

those happen because your armor+refinement+vit that reduced the damage.

So I would be aiming for deviling card or ghost property (if implemented) armor.....?

deviling is always good if u have the cash
ghostring only work in pvp+woe so forget about it for now until u get the hang of this game

for tanker...deviling/raydric + fishsword is ideal to have for leveling...but u can have other armor as well base on your class
