Milk bottles. You can buy them at the Pet NPC in Prontera.

You can also farm them off of baby garms in the Lutie Field area (or if you MvP a lot, like me, you might find some while killing Garm).

Actually, I don't think the Nursing Bottles the baby garms drop can be used to feed them. I've tried, and it doesn't work.
