I'm still waiting for my ticket lol, and mine is  ID # 9360  ::) . My ticket is about recovering my dropped item

Different GMs are in charge of different tickets. Some tickets require the attention of a High GM (example, recoveries) and some only require the attention of a Sub GM (example, general questions). Some tickets require a response back from the player, which can cause a ticket to take longer. If the numbers stayed in order, it would probably take quite a bit longer to go through tickets. Don't forget, don't bump your ticket unless you absolutely have to. Bumping your ticket puts it back to the end of the list!

Yep, got my item recovery ticket solved with a lot of patience (took only 2 weeks!), as long as you do everything required in the guidelines and quickly submit your ticket, it shouldn't take the GMs long to get it solved for you!   :D

i understand that my item recovery ticket can take a while cuz alllll my items r gone from 1 account but im mostly waitin 4 my password recovery ticket and its been prolly like 2 or 3 months just 2 get my other accounts password even tho ive filled out all the info they need..
