cannot make a character

Dear Sir,

I have downloaded full version of anthemRO;Installed;pached but when in the portion that you have created a character a pop up appears with message "this character already exist or contains illegal character" Is there anything missing or lacking in the installation, Please guide me regarding this problem....

try another name you cannot use ascii symbols and if the name was shosen you cannot create the same name ;Da
