Help with my support ticket!

Hello!

I have been waiting for almost a full month for a (or the) High GM to look over my help ticket. In that time, I was able to go through my  "Ye Olde Files" and find information I think is more than enough proof to be required to show that I own an account which I lost the password too.

I do not have any saved screen shots.

Does it normally take a month for a High GM to get to tickets referred to them?

nope, normally it takes many months.

If you found more proof/better proof you can update your ticket, I think

I have a copy of the original registration e-mail for the account when this was still on the old "AnimaRO" domain. I also have a copy of the reset password from when all of the passwords were changed when it was "NewAnimaRO". Heh.

Then it shouldn't take that long for you. Please note that right now GMs have a LOT on their hands. Since you have ample proof then its just a matter of any GM looking over your ticket and giving you the reset password. Take screenshots or whatever of your proof and add it to the ticket, then just sit back and be patient and your account should return to you soon
