I heard from my guildies that gypsy can cast bragi but how?? and what's the use of it??

Yup! A Gypsy can use Poem of Bragi when she has level 10 Fortune's Kiss. Poem of Bragi basically reduces cast time and after cast delay, which, in short, allows you to use spells faster and more frequently. /ok

Wth? Bragi doesnt add any dex /swt. Bragi decreases cast time and after cast delay.

By having more dex it increases the effectiveness of bragi.
