They were able to for me, but it was a bit of an odd case with people (not me) claiming to be hacked and things like that. Might make it a lot harder though.

will they be able to check logs?

it is possible since they can track item/logs
and any SS that proof u have the IP will surely help much(probably faster item recovery)

If you have a problem regarding lost items, you should list:

    * The name of the items lost
    * How you believe you lost the items
    * Whether or not anyone else has access to your accounts, and if so, who (no matter who it is, even if you trust them!)
    * Which account you had the items on last
    * Any proof of ownership you may have, such as a screenshot or a description of how you got the item

i think that SS will do
and list all those so they dont need to reply just for u to list the above stuff
it usually take long when people dont list that and GM reply just to ask the player to list that

It's possible, but regardless you'll be paying an item recovery fee of $10 ad credits to reobtain your item.

Not really it may take 2~4 days but you need to pay fee .

You should post the SS that shows the name of the one who picked your ip  .

in some case it takes LONG , lol , and you pay 10ads, how much is  IP? 20ads? get 10 ads more and get it right now.
