Ranked forged weapons

Its been a while since ive been on rag and im still not used to some of the new things.
What exactly is the difference between a forged weapon made by a ranked BS/WS and one who isnt ranked?

Ranked gets an extra 10 unblockable/unmissable damage. That's on top of any Very Strong damage.
