Please help with some anoying bug

Hello , i was wondering if someone could help me with some technical issues i have.

first problem i have is . when i recieve a whisper from someone , i can not cast any spells or take any actions untill i have closed the chat window and pressed enter key . this is very anoying becuase i am in niff using m/e and people whisper me 3-4 times in a row and i have to constantly keep closing window and tapping enter before i can heal myself , usually resulting in my death:( please any help to avoid this would be great , even if there is a way to stop whispers.

second , when i make a chat to someone , it prints all my text in double form for example( if i write "hello how are you" it would send the chat to them as "hheelloo hhooww aarree yyoouu" unless i tap enter key twice . this also hapens when i choose an ammount of an item to put or take from storage for example I type> 300 it prints > 330000.
please help resolve this issue:P

It sounds like you're using Battlemode. Sadly, you'll need to hit enter when this happens, and Battlemode does glitch with double text.

From what I believe, there are no "fixes" for this yet.

but can you tell me what is battle mode and how am i using it? i downloaded everything from this site and i have no add ons or any third party programs at all.

type /bm in game, and it should say /bm OFF, if it is on.

oh yes of course /bm
i have always had to type /bm before i can use any skills i thought this to be normal. i have done this ever since i started playing . if i dont type /bm to turn in on i cant use any skills , is there a way arround this? so i can use skills without typing /bm?

Yeah, you should be able to use skills without /bm, but they'll be on the F1-F9 keys, not on the letters themselves.

oh wow so simple really ...lol i never thought of that ..and to think all this time i put up with this .. i must of died about 10 times due to reciving whispers during healing..lmao ..thanks so much Nerkel you have saved me so many headaches , now i wish i asked about this sooner.
