Ah, Duel Clienting is when you open up one Client of RO (AnthemRO for example) and then with that one open, You open up yet another.
So you have two open at once, and can trade items between your accounts, or Leech yourself.

Nope. If you open up the same account at the same time, the previous one would be disconnected.
