Coin trade in help me i might be confused..

ok so i'm just wondering about the coins you got on test.
if you have coins on test how do you turn them in?
and am i reading it correctly when i thought it said you can take the coins and turn them in
and as long as you have a character with the same name on test and on the main server you get the item
or gear wich ever for either the account on test or the account on the main server?
so does that mean once i find out how to trade my coins in i can chose my account test or main to wich the item goes?

There will be no "test server" anymore, to get the coins onto your real account you just need to have the same username as you did on the test server and the coins will be moved over there from the data last recorded on the test server.

ok so uhm my coins arent on my accounts and i did get a few on each do i need to send a ticket in ?

In order to redeem the prizes you will need:

1. A character with the same name as the character on the test server
2. The account info for both, the character with the name on the main server
3. Account info for the character with that name on the test server

We will implement a module in the next few days for you to enter in that information, so that you can withdraw your event coins and obtain your items!

Please do not send in support tickets yet, regarding the event coins! /spin

Seth i'm with u on this one....
  I use the same characters on Test i'm fully updated and on the new server but all my coins are gone
How long do we have to wait till they appear? Or when should we start to worry about them?

I saw two guys with the black valk thingy.

I'm not sure, the new sprites seem to overlap some of the older headgears (for example Orc Hero Helm). I'll inform Talis/Heimdall/Yuber about it. ;-;

EDIT:

The blackvalk helms you see right now are not really black valk helms. At this time there is unfortunately a bug which shows the Orc Hero Helm as a black valkyrie helm. We are working on fixing this issue tho. But yea, no players have the black valk or any other special headgear yet.

Coins required will be 10 per pet , 20 per headgear. There were 27 kids in dungeons and mvps dropped coins as well, thus for somewhat dilligent beta testers 30~ish coins should be doable. I am still working on the process to redeem the coins so give me a bit longer; it should be up in the next few days however.

We are of course also working on the other issues.
