Cant open RO HEEEEEELLLLLPPPP!!!!!!

I did all the updates
even on Sakray
But as soon as i press the START it says it cant initiate d3d OR grf file.

"cannot init d3d OR grf has Problem"

the grammar sounds strange btw....

I had that problem before I went into setup and changed my Video settings or something like that. Also maybe try and re-patch.
