Test Server Event Coins regarding Lutie npc

If you talk to Santa's helper and Santa you lose an event coin in the test server. I've actually traded in 4 event coins unwittingly...Is it possible to get them back from the npc somehow...? 

Actually is it possible to delete the character and make another with the same name and then rehunt the coins?
