What can be the best shield,armor and garment?

You're missing the following:

Shield: Tirfing, or if you want a cheaper one, go for khalitz.
Garment: Devilling, of if you want a cheaper one, go for raydric.
Mid-gear: Mistress Mini's, or any Mistress-midgear
