If you have posted in a thread with me, then you know my problem. if you don't, then just look at my sig. HOLY CRAP THATS HUGE! Thats, my problem. And i need to decrease it, while keeping the same detail, and having it still animated. Can someone help meh please? I would greatly apprechiate it!

Sadly. *sob* I can't do it in paint, I mean, I can edit it, and resize it,but then it doesn't animate when its done. >.<
