Yeah but that's where the "hops" thing comes into play. Even though you live in Canada, the routing from your ISP to our ISP might be the cause of it. Ever try to send anything to a friend who lives in Canada and wonder why the send speed is so slow?

I was lagging/DCing to this morning at around 5. There was also a time gap yesterday. :-[
