+5 or higher kaho custom change

Hello i want to know, when I change the custom of my +6 Lord Kahos horn to Panda Kahos, did the GMs refine it for me to +6 then?
Or do i have to live with +4 Panda kahos then?

If you specify in your spend credit request that it is a +6 and you would like to keep the refine then it transfers over to the new custom kaho.
