Well, there's your basic IC cards like Sting (+5 Dex for Accessory), Drops (+1 Dex for Weapon), Moonlight Flower/Gargoyle (+5 Dex for Shoes), Rocker (+1 Dex for Armor), and as far as Int cards go, the only useful ones are expensive and donateable only, like Andre Larva (+? Int on Weapon).

Note: Stings are +4 dex. Stem worm for your garment slot gives +5

sting is 4dex actually it just gives 5dex with the glove[1](originally 1dex)
