My merchant's skills and chat were banned(his name is Sabrin) I didn't do wedding on the street, I stood near tool dealler. That is the reason for my banning? I had a crilical error, so I had to leave the game alt+ctrl+del. Can somebody help me?

You have to be 4 cells away from any portal or NPC.
