I would rather prevent someone from frauding and let it be a warning to them, rather than let it happen and be one more fraud which makes the vote sites say, "whoamigod, this server is frauding votes to get higher on the vote list" and then take away vote sites from players.

This happened before. I'm glad the GMs are being more proactive this time around.
