What's overrupting? Or however you spell it.

upgradeing an item past the safe limits where there is a chance for it to be destroyed, basicaly u can upgrade armors & lvl 3,4 weapons up to +4 without being any risk of the proces failing,after that u have a biger chance with each upgrade for the process to fail and lose youre item and money lvl 1 weapons safe up to +7 lvl 2 up to +6?

Over upping is when you upgrade an item to a high refine rate thats somewhat hard/hard to get.
Like the normal refine level is +4 on some/most/all things so if you get it higher like +7 then it would be consider "over upgraded"
