About Support Ticket Response Time...

I lost some items during the server crash about 2 months ago, and i've been wondering if it's normal that i haven't gotten any proper response back yet...

All i've gotten as response is about what items were lost, what rules were broken, and that they will investigate the situation, after that i've not heard a thing...

My question is just, is this really normal?   O.o
Or is it because the GMs are in the middle of something importaint?

Yeah, it is pretty normal.

Just gotta wait it out.

Your ticket response time depends on the amount of work the GMs are currently loaded with.

The more work they have, the longer it's probably gonna take.

Okay... I just got a bit sad that i didn't get them back before the 2x exp week... training without kaho and my DL sleips... Didn't go as good as planned...
