Kaho disappeared more than 1 month ago...help??

My kaho and my freezing coat disappeared while woe, while I traded it to my other account (from my brother).
I made a gm ticket, and got answered. Now a high GM should answer me, but I did not got an answer....
Now since 3 nearly weeks. Is there a way to pm the high gm's? Because I miss my kaho

I'm afraid there's really nothing you can do but wait. GM's have been busy with the updates and there are other cases that's happened before you.

But this is interesting, how did it disappear? Accidentally dropped it?

My kaho has been missing since last thanksgiving and I've been waiting on a high gm to respond so meh it takes time x3

High GM Tickets will always take a lot more time but the circumstances of the ticket and what else the GMs got to do will affect how long ti takes. Since its an item recovery related ticket they usually do take the longest.

But they will get there eventually like Noobie as said. At least you didn't post your ticket number asking the Gms to look at it which I'm sure they appreciate.
