Yes, it's legal to do that. You can icewall a person away from the MvP boss and when the drops are out. The drops are considered free for all. However you can be ranted about for this if you do it. lol Then people will begin to KoS you the moment you enter PvP. However there is also a time delay for when the items can be picked up. So during that time only the MvP and those that participated can pick up items which usually is the cause that all the drops from the MvP is pretty much picked up from the MvPer. Also try as you might more likely then not the drops will disappear due to time being passed due to icewall lag. lol So you can do it but most likely you'll just make people pissed for no reason at all.

and that horrible lag makes me D/C sometimes >.<
and being KoS , Alot of people dont go pvp or woe so they cant get KoS lol

Happens to me before. I killed Drake and this HW kept on icewalling me. I ask him to stop but he wouldn't. Eventually, the drop disappear (was a corsair I think). I reported him but nothing was done because MVP drops are FFA. So it's perfectly legal, except you're a damn douchebag if you do it.
