Hunter flys and sweet gent

I need a sweet gent u kno so if u kno where i can find tell me =D and i've been told hunter flys drop them but -.- i can't fking find hunter flys so help

Dragon flys drop them, A dragon fly is a very weak MVP two fields south of morocc. It spawns every 30 to 60 minutes and drops sweet gent 2% of the time.
