My Gut Would tell me its around the 20mill+ pricing, However my Gut is often wrong.

I'd actually say around 17-18. 8MIL at most for the Saphien's, and maybe 10MIL for the OL. Those things have been super cheap as of late.

I dunno about that. The +6 makes it quite expensive. I'm not sure how much though.

Basically Yes.

OL in a Saphiens is designed to counter Suiken using Champs.
Although now a days, Everyone seems to be using Garm Claws as well.
