Why can't I level up peco riding when i have endure lvl 1?

When ever i click level up, nothing happens. Is there another requirement for "riding" for the crusader?

Did you reset your skills before trying to level up a skill? If so, you probably haven't used all your skillpoints as a swordsman. Use them all up before using the secondary points to level up the skill.

if you changed at job lvl 40, you would first have to use all 39 skill points before putting points in the next job class
