Name Customization

How much ads do you need to add a name to your kaho? Ex.  I have a Kawaii Kaho, and I want to change it to "insert name" Kawaii Kaho.

Mm, I know the old GMs use to do this back in the day, but they stopped doing it. I'm not sure why, but I don't think it's currently available to us.
