Great news, everyone! The new forums are going to be released next weekend
(pending any unforeseen mishaps)! With the new forums we will be getting a new and improved ad shop. For those of you that missed the announcement back in February, you can check it out
here. Linus has been working very hard on this project and will have an update of his own about the forum merge and what to expect in the next week or two. I'm here to tell you about shop points.

The new forums do not have a shop point system. We will not be transferring over any points you have saved. This is officially a "use them or lose them" situation. Once the forums go into maintenance mode, you will not be able to recover any unspent points.

For those wondering how you get shop points, you get them by spending ads in the ad shop. You buy an item, you get a few points. So if you're wanting to get in on the shop point action before next week. Please do that now.
