password is incorrect and yes i did activate it
Ok. First things first, Check to make sure you have the password exactly correct (try using caps lock, as it may have been active when you first typed in your password).
Failing this, put in a
support ticket with the account information, and request the password to be mailed to you, explaining that it's anew account, and the errors you're getting. Also include your
IP address and I'm sure they'll send you your password again, or generate a random one for you that needs to be changed.
