Will the 1 AD headgears come back to the item shop?

Returning to aRO after 1 year later, I'm shocked to see all those 1 AD headgears gone from the itemshop. Will they return to item shop one day? I do appreciate how the GMs are adding more custom content to the server by making some hats obtainable though custom quests. But can we suggest which hat quests be added at high priority?

I am really looking forward to the following headgears: torch cap, leo crown, soul ring

I may be wrong, but I thought Torch Cap was a drop from Explosion (unless it was removed somewhat recently).  I'll double-check.

Below are the mobs that will drop their respective hats. The Drop rate is at 1x so multiple it by our own drop rate (3x) and you will get the aRO drop rate.

Thanks Aena and GM Skoll for providing detail info. Never knew the Torch Cap is a custom drop on this server! It's just that with the 1 AD headgears and 1 AD cards removed from the item shop, some people are selling them at very overprice.

Can the headgears drop rate increase slightly. For example have Torch Cap drop rate 0.03% --> 0.1%? I think having certain newbie friendly gears drop at a "card" drop rate is very unfair. I find giving Newbies a faster access to certain slightly useful things like soul ring, skelworker cards, andre cards would increase their likelihood to stay on the server.

I wished the 5 ADs cards remained in the item shop also.

The post is a little confusing, but it sounds like it might be .09% when multiplied with our server rate?  I can't say I'm absolutely sure about that, though.
