How to download AnesisRO?

Hey, im a returning player trying to dowload this game, but dont know how.
I downloaded the FULL Download(1file) then the Small, but all of a sudden when I open the game, its such a small screen and when I go to the Setup to adjust the screen size it says "Failed to save settings. Not enough privileges?" Can someone take me step by step on how to download everything from the start? Please and Thank You. (F.Y.I. My laptop is an HP. Does AnesisRO support HP?)

Ah, I see what the problem is now. The previous version of opensetup, which is included in the current installers, did not fully support Windows 8. Download the new version from here: http://download.anesisro.com/opensetup.exe and put it in your AnesisRO folder, overwriting the existing file.

Then double click on it, and make sure that the "REG" button in the bottom left of the window is activated when you change your settings.

Also, if you have aRO installed to your Program Files folder, try moving it to another place.  Sometimes Windows will give permission/privilege errors if you install RO there.   I have mine installed to C:\Games
