Gunslinger equips?

i have made a gunslinger next to my main char, an assassin cross, and it got several equips from my main char.
but i think it sucks..
well my question is: what should a good gunslinger equip?
like dex items? and how about a weapon?
and besides that: what stats does it need with those equips?
