It autocasts greed here as well, yes. There was a time when players used to do lots of "AFK leveling", using gears to autocast certain attack and recovery skills as well as greed to loot dropped items. In order to prevent them getting lots of zeny for doing nothing, greed items were temporarily disabled, but since you're considered idle now after one or two minutes of just standing around and doing nothing, the issue was resolved, since you do not get any drops or experience anymore when idle, and the greed items were re-enabled, the description was just not updated yet.
So yes, it autocasts greed.
