Question regarding the event

So i finish the event got the holy night but i cant get any points.
I heard when u finish you get points but i didnt get any.
I can get in the farvir but no points lol

Just wanna know why my O Holy Night! item doesn't play the music that I guess is supposed to play? Fully patched on everything Renewal, Animus etc

I always have my sfx on lol. I just don't hear anything

A certain white smith was also complaining about this issue yesterday. He said he was fully patched and had both his bgm and sound effects on.

Yeah I do. And I don't hear music either when other people use the skills as well.
