No one knows when the GMs will put the Garment back in the drop table...

They should add it as is. Considering there were so many custom damaged enhancements added to the game like pets - I dont see how 7% damage reduction is bad. Even a caking LK Hero cant pass through a well set defence with loki and traps no matter how much reduction he has.
