Is My Computer Broken?

Well. When i went aRO's official website it said the server's status was offline and there were 400 online. So I was wondering is it just saying offline and the server was actually working, the 400 online was just a glitch or the 400 online was people who were fixing the server?

Your computer is broken.  Buy a new one!
