Is it a ks map?? Some said YES and some said NO. It confuses me. Which one is it???

# Do not attack or loot other players' monsters without their permission. This includes the use of the "Greed" skill.

    * A monster "belongs" to another player if it is attacking, being attacked by, trapped by, or following that player.
    * When casting area attacks, make sure not to hit other players' monsters.
    * Monsters that give the MVP sign when killed are exempt from this rule.
    * The maps pay_dun00, gl_prison, orcsdun01 and anthell01 are exempt from this rule. (Exception: You may not keep following another player around killing/looting their monsters without their permission.)
    * Intentional over-excessive buffing of monsters with intention to MPK (monster player kill) is not allowed on any maps. This also pertains to MVP type monsters.

GH Prison is a KS map. You can KS and loot people there.

only the area around where you enter the rest is no ks allowed

Errr, Thats the old addaption of the Rule I believe. I'm pretty sure the whole first floor is a KS Zone now.
