Game Account Banned?

I just tried to redownload AnimusRO today, but before logging on I wanted to see if I could log into the CP on the main website. Upon trying to go to the point store it said "Game Account Banned". I went inactive for a short while and came back to my account being banned! I've never done anything to merit a ban, is this just a Control Panel bug or should I ask for a GMs assistance?
