Move a carachter on an other account

Hello everyone,

I'd like to know how to move one of my player on an other account? i know i must give 5$ (which is done) but i don't see anyplace where i can ask for it!

Submit a support ticket saying you want to move it and provide all the info needed such as user, pass, and proof that the characters/account is yours, I guess. You must have at least $5 in your account.

I didn't look at the link... I saw support ticket... and thought... he'll take a long time to get a reply "please submit a spend credit request"
