Every time I send one out and put info in more then one line so that it's legible, the text warps back to the first line and is cut off if its too long. Is there a way to keep this from happening and get more info out to my guildies?

I don't think so, just shorter it a bit ;)
Maybe there is a new trick but i don't think so.
