one question about daylight saving(DST).since this server is based in america, has DST in america ended?need to set time for woe today

i just WOEd on holidays

but i left it awhile ago because in NT there
were just one castle holding buy one guild....

i said i left woe because i just did non trans, and
it is not funny anymore 1 guild holding one castle..
there should be more castles implemented.
