Waiting for other..? Other what?

I have a support ticket I sent in and it status is "Waiting for Other".... what? If someone could clear this up it would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Did you fill out your ticket correctly? (aka all the sections that needed info you put the correct info down?)

It means the gm doesn't know what to file it under and does not know how to resolve it and needs to speak to other gms and discuss the ticket.
