Baby Garm taming item

Finally decided to capture a Baby Garm with the taming-item but it failed when I used it like 3 minutes ago lol.

Was the event-prize BabyGarm taming item coded to give 100% success before? If it was, did the coding get screwed-up during the changeover?

Any chance for me in getting anothe taming item? 

*semi-offtopic: Who do I ask about identifying unknown item(s) in my kafra storage? I think it's the hyzoloist taming item but I'm not sure.

It's 100% unless the monster is statused by an armor card like pest, dark frame, sasquatch, etc.

It used to be you'd submit a support ticket if it failed, and you'd get another tame item or an egg, I believe.
As per whether the GM team will still do that now, I'm not sure.

The BabyGarm was walking towards me/attacking me at the time of the roulette spinning. 

I'll send the support ticket. I forgot to take a screenie. I hope I can get another taming item.

     ^     same thing happened to me 'cept I was trynna capture an Aliot. Closed my complain ticket after waitin' fer a few months into it.
