Well, it's not exactly easy to kill the Incarnation that drops it.
It gives more defense than any other garment, and it's the best thing to put a Deviling on.
I'd say it's worth the 20m it costs, just like the Skin of Ventus is (which is the best garment to use if you intend to use flee).
