help about skill something is wrong

i follow the skill tree but still i cant click it
i have 1 napalm and 1 lightning..
try it its not working

when you reset your skills, you need to spent all your first job job points first, before you can start spending your second job job points.

If you are a wiz and changed at job 50, you have to use up 49 skill points on the mage skills first, before you are allowed to spent your points on wizard skills.
