do they steel have chef hats on animus ro?

  i wanted to buy and steel want to buy a chef hat but wen i tried to buy 1 a dude told me that there's no more chef hats
they dont use them eanymore, something like that...

   Is it true that there no more chef hats???   

I have seen an assasin cross arrownd whit it but i think its a kaho or something, hes the only 1 whit it

Follow that link and look under Chef's Hat to find out how to make it.  You may not find someone vending it but you can certainly make one if you wanted to!

It's easy enough to make. Use an assassin or rogue class to speed up the cake/feather/dragonscale looting.
