Is there any NPC that turns rough elemental stone into pure one?

Other than blacksmith skills to refine rough elemental stone into pure one, is there any NPC that can do that for you?

Yes in prontera. Teh building with the smith in it by the fountain, one of the npcs there does it. Kind of on the opposite side of where the job changer is? Right hand bottom from the fountain.

He says elemental stones not rough ori and elu. Not that I know of. Only bs/ws can do it. There is someone in umbala that can break eg Flame Heart into red bloods though.

like you i used to believe that the one who purify orid and elu are also purifying elemental stone few years back its not anymore. i already check them before i post my question.thanks anyway

so i gues youre right only BS/WS can purify them now...but its kinda pain in the ass.... you farm them so hard and you'll just gonna break it some of it just to purify them...

There is an npc in umbala that requires the umbala language quest, as well as doing a short quest after it. Look it up on RMS (i'm at work right now so I can't link it). It essentially lets you turn objects that can create elemental stones into them (example: great natures can be crafted to green lives). It can produce any given amount based on how you choose the numbers. I also believe it lets you craft in reverse, so green lives would become great natures, red bloods to flame hearts. Not 100% on the 2nd part, would need to check it on the char I did the quest with, but I am certain it creates the stones.


There's also an NPC in Amatsu city, in amatsu castle that does the same thing (or even the reverse, again not 100% sure, i'd have to suggest double checking RMS) but it's a greater loss of materials for the finished product.

the npc in umbala turns for example, rough winds into wind of verdure. OP is asking the inverse

As I said I thought they also did the reverse but suggested op research just a tiny bit in case I was mistaken.
